Our Flavours

Our flavours are inspired by ingredients and desserts loved across Southeast Asia, East Asia, and beyond.

Pandan

Often called the “vanilla of Southeast Asia,” pandan is loved for its fragrant, slightly nutty sweetness and vibrant green colour. It’s commonly used in cakes, desserts, and sweet drinks across countries like Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Philippines.

Matcha

Matcha is a finely ground Japanese green tea powder known for its earthy, rich flavour. Traditionally used in Japanese tea ceremonies, it has become one of the most loved flavours in desserts worldwide.

Black Sesame

Black sesame has a deep roasted flavour with subtle nuttiness and natural bitterness. Popular across East Asian desserts, it brings a rich and slightly savoury balance to sweeter treats.

Ube

Ube is a purple yam originally popularised in Filipino desserts. It has a naturally vibrant colour and a sweet, creamy flavour often compared to vanilla and pistachio.

Classic & Seasonal Flavours

Alongside our Asian-inspired menu, we also love exploring classic flavours, creative fusions, and rotating limited-edition specials throughout the year.

The old-school bakery spirit still matters to us — handmade, comforting, slightly messy, fresh from the oven. Some things just shouldn’t taste factory-made.
